Who we are

Friends Management, founded by Shaman Aponte and Sydni Harris, started the way most good things do; with two friends who trusted each other, loved music deeply, and saw a gap between the kind of support artists deserved and what most management companies actually offered.

Sydni and Shaman have been close friends long before they were business partners. That foundation of friendship is our company. When you sign with Friends, you're not getting a transactional relationship, but you’re getting people who will lose sleep over your career the same way you do.
